By using SM Handler you agree to these terms.

Your content and accounts

You are responsible for the content published from your workspace and for complying with the rules of each platform you connect (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube terms and community guidelines). Content is AI-generated and may contain errors; review it before approving. Where platforms require it, we label AI-generated content on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, misleading or harmful content, or to post to accounts you are not authorised to manage. We may suspend workspaces that break these rules or platform policies.

Plans and limits

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Usage limits for each plan are shown in your workspace settings. We may change plans with notice.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts.
