SM Handler ("we") provides a tool that generates social media content with AI and publishes it to accounts you connect. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and password (handled by our authentication provider).
• Brand and content data you enter: brand descriptions, prompts, captions and generated media.
• Connected social accounts: profile name, handle, avatar and account ID for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts you authorise, plus the IDs and links of posts we publish for you. Access tokens are held by our publishing provider and are never shown to other users.
• Usage data: actions in the app, generation and publishing logs, used for billing limits and support.

How we use it

To generate content you request, publish it to the accounts you choose at the times you approve, notify you, enforce plan limits and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data or use your connected accounts for anything you did not schedule.

Processors

We use sub-processors to run the service: hosting and database, AI model providers for text and images, a social publishing API provider, email delivery and payments. They process data only on our instructions.

Your choices

You can disconnect any social account at any time from the Accounts page, which revokes our ability to post. You can delete your workspace or request deletion of your data by emailing admin@easecdepot.com. YouTube users can also revoke access at Google security settings. Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
